Year-round help and support for your members

We offer an inbound telephone contact centre for up to 12 hours, from 8:00am-8:00pm, every day (excluding bank holidays).  Providing membership services and bespoke advice, it makes membership organisations available at times that work for their members.

 

There are two services available:

 

  • All day - members will be directed to our service by default

  • Out-of-hours - members will be redirected to our service after the existing provision ends for the day

 

Each member organisation has a dashboard to monitor relevant data and trends from their members contacting us.

 

Typically, a full service subscription will cost ~£10K plus VAT per month, and the out of hours service will cost ~£6K plus VAT per month.  Prices will vary depending upon the complexity and level of integration, however there will be no additional fees - the subscription covers all costs and every call from members throughout our working relationship.

 

There will be discounts available for annual payment and subscriptions lasting 2-3 years.  All calls will be answered by our highly-trained Campaign Assistants, who are specialists at working with members.
