Introducing our new tool that personalises your engagement with elected officials and stakeholders

We’ve got some exciting news to announce: next week we are launching our first campaigning tool, CampaignMail. As a team we’ve been working on development and testing for the last eighteen months, so it's very satisfying to be able to finally share it with you.

The idea for CampaignMail came from our frustration with the way in which Write to Your MP campaigns are usually run. Encouraging supporters to email their representatives is a great way to show strength of feeling and influence the political process. However, when coordinated campaigns are recognised by elected officials and stakeholders, they do not engage with the content in the same manner. Because templates are fixed, personal concerns cannot be expressed or emphasised.

CampaignMail solves this by generating emails that are more specific to the individual and convey the overall message of your campaign - with the potential to be unique to each supporter. We’re using a version of Google’s Gemini Generative Artificial Intelligence model, to create unique emails which can be sent directly to MPs and councillors.

We have high hopes for what we can achieve using this technology. Lots of people don’t have the time to write an email to their MP objecting to or supporting particular policies. CampaignMail allows you to get across the points you want to make in a fraction of the time and engage the community on their terms, democratising these important conversations.

If you would like to learn more, visit our LinkedIn page at 12:00 on Thursday 28th November where we’ll be sharing more details about CampaignMail. If you want to book a demo before then, please signup here.
